A morte no Budismo tibetano e não e encarado só como um fato natural , mas como tendo uma relação intima com a vida.
A morte e serena , pois ela não e o final e tampouco o começo , apenas uma etapa de existência cíclica ;
Dessa forma , a ideia hierárquica entre a vida e a morte e totalmente descontruída.
Os Tibetanos incorporam em seus rituais princípios da morte , como o BARDO THODOL , passando o aprendizado de que a morte não e finitude da essência do ser e sim , uma oportunidade para a libertação da ignorância , se em vida o ser aprender - e meditar - acerca do momento de confrontação com a morte e suas manifestações , ele pode ter uma visão mais fluida e natural da morte.
